This was a curiously dry hurricane, there was just a little bit of rain in the beginning, then it just disappeared. Browse the pictures to the left - you can clearly see the rain in the first two images; then there was a period of about an hour during which the wind was shattering the windows of many Miami buildings including "Four Seasons", the Colonial Bank, Greenberg-Traurig and others
